Technical support assists you with technical advice regarding our products. We help you develop a new product according to your specification or your wishes. We are happy to participate from the beginning in your development project to ensure that the product is optimal – both in terms of functionality and cost. In the development process, we have the help of our calculation and CAD tools. Thanks to the fact that our development process is short and that we are strongly tied to our production, we can often deliver product prototypes within a very short time.

Spinova has long experience in the development of different types of springs. At technical support, we produce a spring that meets your requirements for forces, compatibility with other products or service life. For dimensioning and optimization, we use, among other things, spring calculation software. Our program is one of the market’s most developed and advanced calculation programs for springs. To make the spring meet higher requirements, we can add extra steps in the manufacturing that are favorable to the spring’s capacity, such as setting pressure or ball bombarding. When choosing materials, we choose a material that is optimal based on mechanical properties, strength requirements, service life, environmental and temperature properties and cost. To verify that the real product meets the requirements, we measure forces and deformation as well as perform lifetime tests.

If you want a wire forms, we will develop a product that meets your requirements for properties, e.g. requirements for shape stability, resilient properties and mountability. We start from your drawing or your idea.

When it comes to stamping parts, we produce a product that meets your wishes in terms of design and function. We develop your product so that it fits optimally into our production. We also help with developing a press tool.

When the development process is complete, we produce a manufacturing drawing and set manufacturing tolerances that are appropriate based on your product’s function and use. We also develop a control plan for the manufacturing that guarantees that the delivered parts meet the quality requirements.
