The Group
Spinova AB is owned by the large cap listed industrial conglomerate Indutrade AB.
Indutrade markets and sells components, systems and services with high technology content in selected niches. The company acquires well-managed small and medium-sized companies that have a good market position in their respective areas of expertise. Indutrade’s governance model is characterized by decentralization, as the best business decisions are assessed and are made close to the customer by people who know the customer’s needs and processes best.
Indutrade’s subsidiaries will be responsible for their own performance. This achieves a high degree of flexibility and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Coordination is not carried out by Group management, but between the subsidiaries to the extent they deem appropriate.
